Sean Kyle - Counselling and Therapy Service

Service Hours

As much as I would like to be available all the time, to help, I am bound by ethics to have regular time off so as to be fit and healthy for all my Clients.

My services do extend to out-of-hours, if needed, please ask...but those below are the primary hours a potential Client should consider.

MONDAY - 8 am to 8 pm + (out-of-hours)

TUESDAY - 8 am to 8 pm  + (out-of-hours)

WEDNESDAY - 8 am to 8 pm  + (out-of-hours)

THURSDAY - 8 am to 8 pm  + (out-of-hours)

FRIDAY - 8 am to 8 pm  + (out-of-hours)

SATURDAY - 9 am to 6 pm  + (out-of-hours)

Due to world time zone differences, if you are located in another country, arrangements can be discussed. Please just ask.

Potential Clients who have made their first contact and waiting for my response, within 24 hours, should note that I will contact them back within service hours unless otherwise requested. Also when I am on a holiday, or similar, I will make contact with them ASAP on my return.

This is how it will be, normally, however if there are any major changes then I will alter them on this page and publish updates on my blog here.

Any holidays I have planned I will update as I know them, with usually at least a month's notice. Plus, they will probably only be for a week in length. National holidays, like Christmas, would only be a matter of days and once again I will update closer to the time. It should also be noted that regular Clients would be the first to know of such dates seeing as next session bookings would reflect any changes.

Any sickness on my part, which I very much hope will only be under extreme circumstances, will be updated and Clients who have already booked sessions will be contacted to reschedule ASAP on my return.

It is my aim to help as much as possible, however since I can not guarantee to be available at the exact moment a person needs help I can not be classed as an emergency contact. If you are in crisis then please contact the Samaritans, your GP or health care professional, or the appropriate emergency service. CALL 111.
