It is the law that I can only assist those who are 16 years and over by themselves, but I can help those who are younger by having prior consent from a parent or guardian.

NB: At the consultation stage it is appropriate to discuss any issues, past problems, and any medication being taken (if only briefly), so as to decide how to proceed. If sessions are then undertaken, more information will then come to the surface in time...and so I would only be comfortable with giving a diagnosis, or even a report if requested, as time proceeds. I believe it is necessary to talk things out and deal with them, and not just label a person from the start....however, I will make a diagnosis of some level from information I have been given by yourself.

I must advise that using the 'text' method for actual therapy sessions, is not one of the best....however, I have made the option available and the method can be changed whenever necessary. It is always good to start with something you are comfortable with, and then progress.


Since I require the consent of a parent or guardian to help anyone under the age of 16 years, it means that I would only be able to use the 'video call' and 'phone' methods for helping such person...seeing as I would have to be able to know for sure that the appropriate adult would be present, or have knowledge of what was proceeding. Anything like email, text, and instant message could be misused. 

If someone under age does contact me, and I am duped into thinking that they are older, I can not be help responsible and will stop contact if such knowledge does become apparent.



NB: The fees that I charge are only for the services I any methods using the internet are simply normal costs we both have day-to-day, I will phone you (as per above) so there is no cost to yourself, and the text number I use is a standard number (and you only pay for yours) but unless you have an unlimited text bundle, or similar, it probably would not be suitable for you since you would then have extra costs to consider.

The fees below are my top rates, but they are negotaiable (depending on personal circumstances) with concessions available on most. Please do not let money be an object to getting help...I simply do not put on the site all possible fees seeing as they should be private to each individual Client. Retainer fees can also be considered.

I can be, with notice, available for free for charitable and fundraising organizations.


Mental Health Consultant and Behavioural Health Analyst positions will require negotiation either on a contractual basis, or hourly fee and duration required.



In order to receive payment of fees, I will send an invoice to your email address the day after a session. This would then give you time to pay before our next booked session. The invoice is sent from my PayPal business account, allowing payment by card. There is no need for you to have an actual PayPal account to pay.


If PayPal is not suitable for you, then bank details can be given to you for a straight bank transfer...or we can discuss some other online payment method we can both agree on. 



When sessions are booked, they are only penciled in until (if required) payment has been made before. If payment is not received in time, then I will contact you by chosen method to enquire your intentions. At that time payment can be made, the session rescheduled, or if I do not hear from you then it will be cancelled. The reason for this is because I can use that session slot for allocation to another Client.


Cancellations must be made as soon as possible before a scheduled session. When you contact me to cancel, we can then arrange and book another time. Monies can not be refunded in such a situation, only another session booked. If I have to cancel, for whatever reason, I too must contact you as soon as possible before the session starts....however, in that situation we can either reschedule or you can have a refund.


Sometimes there can be connectivity problems, on either end or both, and if we need to stop during a session because of this then we will have to reschedule for another time. This rarely happens. I always do the very best to make sure that sessions go as smoothly as possible.


Once payments have been made, there are no refunds unless under circumstances previously explained. Thank you for your understanding with this topic.
